Hummus Dip

What you need

  • 1 teaspoon finely minced garlic
  • 1 can (15 ounces) cannellini beans, drained
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • ½ teaspoon chilli powder
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh cilantro, for garnish

How you do it

  • In a food processor, combine garlic and cannellini beans with lemon juice and process until smooth. Mix in oil, cumin, chili powder, salt and pepper and process until blended. Add 3 tablespoons cilantro and pulse until mixed. Place in bowl and garnish with cilantro.
